The goal of this group is to learn more about the psychological principles behind happiness and well-being. Through workshops, we will explore various techniques from psychology research to increase positive thoughts and emotions in our everyday lives.
This group is perfect for people who are interested in self-help or who are just curious about the topic of psychology in general. Everybody is welcome!
Hi, I am Jannek. I have a huge passion for the science of happiness and human well-being. During my bachelor’s in business psychology, I studied a lot about the subject. I also worked in mental health management and organized workshops at companies on positive psychology and other related topics. I want to discuss the new discoveries and techniques for more happiness with you and see how we can apply them in our lives.
