It leaves us feeling stuck and unable to act. Often, simply talking with others about your situation can help break this cycle. Sharing your thoughts can clear your mind and make decision-making easier. In this event, we’ll do just that. We'll discuss overthinking, how to reduce it, and use exercises like guided discussions and pair-ups to combat the habit of spending too much time in our heads.

Hi, I'm Jannek.
I’m passionate about the science of happiness and well-being. During my bachelor’s in business psychology, I studied these topics extensively. I've also worked in mental health management and organized workshops on positive psychology and related subjects. As an overthinker myself, I know how agonizing it can be to get stuck in your head when making decisions, big or small. With this event, I want to create a platform for people with similar struggles to connect and support each other.
